π Return/Exchange Eligibility
You can request a return or exchange within 24 hours of delivery.
Items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original condition with tags and packaging intact
- Free from perfume, makeup, stains, or any damage
π Return Shipping
- For defective or wrong items:
β Return shipping is FREE β we will arrange a pickup. - For other returns:
β Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

π« Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized or altered sarees (e.g., stitched blouses, fall/pico work)
- Sarees purchased during clearance sales or marked Final Sale
(In rare cases, exceptions may be considered β please contact us to discuss.)
π Exchange Policy
We allow exchanges only under the following conditions:
- Wrong item received
- Size issue
- Defect in color or material
Please Note:
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the requested product is out of stock, we will offer:
- A store credit valid for 1 month, or
- An exchange with a same or higher priced product (with price difference payable, if applicable).
